Prototype: We create design elements, think about user experience and come up with a prototype for your new software.

Feedback: We meet once again with your team, go over the prototype. Get feedback from the team and adjust our designs accordingly.

Create Roadmap: Once KAIA team and your team has agreed on the prototype, we create a roadmap with deadlines and sprints. We continue to meet with your team regularly throughout the process to make sure everything on track and suits your needs.
